I am an investor in one of NuRide's EB-5 projects. My wife and I invested our life savings in this project in March 2018. However, our I-526 was denied in May 2020 due to issues with the project.

Per the agreements signed by the project, I am entitled to get my money back within 30 days if my I-526 was denied. However, NuRide management is refusing to return my investment.
